OK...time to catch up. The past week there was no exercise and I didn't keep track of my macros because I was sick with a violent stomach bug! Wasn't able to eat normal until this past Monday. But I'm well now and time to get back on track. Also been thrown off by returning to work this week for the first time in 4 months! It is taking a bit of time to adjust, but will work it out.
