2/27 Thursday
Things are not going according to plan. 2/10=stitches in shin, wed 2/12=failed workout, 2/19=foot surgery, 2/26=thought the foot stitches would be removed. Not happening until 3/10. Loosing muscle, gaining fat. Eating okay need to work out. Non wieght bearing, focus on upper. Can't drive.
I could let it depress me but I'd rather kick it's ass.

2/28 Missed two weeks. Would've only been 1 if I didn't go for the 24 box Bench 85-100-110 5-2-1 Going to have to go back 2 months & build up again Seated press Cable pull down Cable press Curls Cable triceps My deads & squats are really going to suffer.

Considering 4-6 week stated recovery (surgery 2/19), goals as follows:
10 days out(2/28)-back to upper body workouts/done
Monday 3/10 stitches out-goal Wed 3/12 squats, Fri 3/14 deads
3/11 try boxing
3/21 crossfit workout, no box jump yet
box jump=before Italy trip 4/8
