1/25/14 Saturday 2 cups of tea, splash of unsweetened almond milk 50 crunches, 45 jumping jacks, 40 lunges, 35 squats, 60 seconds running in place 25 second plank, 20 jumping jacks, 15 squats, 10 high knees and 5 push ups. That should have burned off the little bit of pasta from last night
