1/1/14 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, 1 sliced tomato 1 large chicken breast w/salsa, green beans - nothing stayed in my body longer than 20 minutes yesterday. Hopefully today will be better. I will be doing 156.25 protein per day and 62.5 fat I'm having a little trouble with the fat as I've deleted dairy and I can't eat nuts
