I think I need to sit down with some paper and write up a whole meal plan so the my macros stay where they should be.
No more hoping and guessing that they will get there at the end of the day. They have been all over the place this month and I need to get them MUCH better for the up coming months of this challenge to kick some a**

Alright getting back to this. Hopefully to get some more accountability to help me on my way to My goals. It helped the for a good while... Until I stopped using it. I am hoping for some feed back and tips or what ever you feel like telling me.
My goals have been changed relatively recently to get me into the Coast Guard as soon as possible.
My goals have become even more specific and whole body fitness oriented. Push ups Sit ups Runs And body weight.
I'll get specifics out there when I can look at them and Doublecheck that I'm posting the right numbers hopefully by tonight.
I'll be posting everything I eat and drink with macros and calories every single day including the weekends which are a major sticking point for me to keep good on...

The Monthly Weight Goals!
7/12--236 8/9--226lbs (day of Spartan Race, suggested by Randy) 9/6--216 10/6--206 *10/18--202 (USCG weight goal)* 11/1--196
Not really sure what my "Ideal Weight" should be this plan lays out for -2lbs a week for a total of 40lbs.
I have a white board calendar hanging on my bedroom door that I will write my weight in every day to keep track, posting the numbers here once a week on Saturdays.
Oh and my Macro numbers Protein-277g Fats-92g Carbs- only what is in the protein and fat foods + green veggies and max 2 pieces of fruit a day Calories should be running somewhere around, not including carbs--1,936 (277x4)+(92x9)=1,936
I would like to set some Performance goals too but I'm going to need some help with that... not really sure how to qualify them. I have the minimum for what I need to hit for the Coast Guard but I would like to try and exceed those as much as possible. I would LOVE to even exceed the Coast Guard's Deployable Operations Group physical requirements. They are a bit more demanding than the standard entry requirements:
D.O.G. Requirements 1.5 Mile Run 11:38 Situps 1 Minute 42 Pushups 1 Minute 38 300m Sprint 48 Seconds Vertical Jump 23 Inches
VS
Standard Entry Requirements 1.5 Mile Run 12:51 Situps 1 Minute 38 Pushups 1 Minute 29 Sit and Reach 16.5" Tread Water 5 Minutes Jump off 5ft platform into pool, swim 100 meters
I know it is late and nobody is going to read this tonight but I would really appreciate any feedback, tips, advice, encouragement, hell anything that you have to give
Thanks!
