meal 1: -3 eggs -1 slice ham -1/2 cup blueberries
meal 2: -roasted chicken breast -broccoli
meal 3: -grilled steak tips -1/4 cup pineapple chunks
meal 4: -protein shake (chocolate with almond milk) -banana

Meal 1 2 egg whites 1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2 1/2 banana Choc protein shake
Meal 3 Stuffed tomato (ground beef)
Meal 4 Steak grilled (8 oz) Spinach
Pineapple 1/4 cup Cube of dark chocolate
Meal 5 Steak (4oz)
