Saturday 8/31/2013 Time to get healthy again! I need to lose 30 lbs. 2 sets 25 Jumping Jacks 25 High Knees 25 Butt Kicks 25 Baby Air Squats 15 leg Raises 15 Russian twists Starting Elliptical, really hard for me, breathing issues, I need to work my way up. 1 minute on, 30 seconds rest for 8 minutes So far today's diet: Yogurt Muscle Milk lite Golf lesson this afternoon and will update the rest later today. 1 Gallon of water Golf lesson, bought my starter set of clubs Chateau for dinner, 3 toasted ravioli's
