My Goals:
1. Do 20 kipping pullups in a row 2. Not use pads for HSPU 3. Get better at OH squats. I think they hate me as much as I hate them! 4. Attempt a muscle up! 5. Loose at least 10 lbs of just fat!!

Day 3 and feeling great!
Salmon and Brussel Sprouts for dinner last night
deadlifts and 100 hang cleans today
eggs with spinach for bfast!!!
celery with almond butter for a snack
left over salmon for lunch
chicken breat with avocado and tomato on the menu for tonight

Was sick in bed with the flu all weekend so a fruit smoothie was all I had! Not good! Need protein for sure!!
