Sat 1/14/2014
This sat I was Lucky Enough to Train with a Local beast in Krav Maga. I went tdown to Krav Maga Boston in Malden and trained with Dennis Amato from 830 am to 4pm. roughly about 1000 Calories burned the whole day.
For Breakfast I had a Quest bar quest bar chocolate chip cookie dough
190 cals
8 fat
21 carbs
21 protein
Lunch Turkey sausage egg white sandwich
280 calories
8 fat
32 carbs
18 protein
Unfortunately this would be it for me I fell ill on Sat nigh with a bad I mean Bad case of Bronchitis that left me bed ridden unit fri Morning the 17. I had ZERO enerrgy, and if I ate 500 calories a day, it was alot.

Finally Today got out of bed went to the gym. Had no energy Set up the PC at the gym literally drained me
