2k14 Challenge Goals
1) Finally Get to my Goal weight of 195 2) Set Some time for me to train myself, atleast 2 times a week a combination of Crossfit or Jiu Jitsu. 2 classes of either 3) I want to RX a WOD, any WOD 4) I want to help my wife complete this Challenge so she can see first hand why I love this 5) Manage to keep the weight off.

1/4/2014 Half Travel Day. This is where I get nailed. Last 2 Quest bars I had left, we're my meals. My exercise was a 4 mile hike 2 uphill 2 down of Manoa falls I will have the diet nailed down. I know it's no excuse but I got caught with my pants down this time.
