No dairy is pretty easy really. Once you see the difference it makes by dropping it you wont go back

Do not worry about not having dairy. The difference in your transformation will be worth it!

If you are a Thai food fan I recommend Thai kitchen paste. Absolutely no artificial ingredients, tastes great, and fits into the Whole 9 eating plan. Whole Foods coconut milk is a good mixer and only has guar gum which I believe is approved in the Whole 9 eating plan.

Third day in and I hope everyone is adjusting nicely! I just wanted to put a recipe out there for you all:
Preheat oven at 450 bake 20-25 mins or to your desired temp ( I like it more med rare)
Baked Salmon
Wrap salmon in tinfoil with a little lemon juice topped with lemon wheels
Sauteed brussel sprouts
slice sprouts in half 1 teaspoon coconut oil 2-3 garlic cloves minced
sautee 10 - 15 mins on med
