BW 152.1 (Down .7, I'll take it)
2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, spinach, 2 slices Canadian bacon green tea
celery w/ almond butter
grilled chx w/ spinach and avocado
handful of almonds
grilled steak w/ peas and cucumber w/ olive oil and balsamic vinegar
got humapro pills today so will add those tomorrow to hit my daily protein intake. Also can't wait for the headaches to stop!
