In the 16week crossfit challenge and 30 day Paleo challenge I have set myself goals
1. Eat Paleo without cheating for the next 16weeks and not miss a single 6am for the duration. 2. Be able to complete 10 normal pull-ups, 37 Situps in a minute and 1.5miles in under 13minutes. 3. Have a six pack and my body fat less than 20%
Along with this I plan to add in my 5-3-1 workout 4nights a week and toss in my Krav classes Keeping the Paleo diet and using humapro.

Looks good, but I would try to eat protein a lil more often. For you, protein should be equal to lean bidyweight in grams. You should be totaling for the day Pro Fat Carbs

Sunday paleo is hard I will admit it. All I wanted was a glazed donut. Eggs and humapro for breakfast Lunch paleo bar, shredded coconut, humapro and a banana Dinner stk and eggs
